  Operations and Training
Our focus is on providing operations and training services to Municipal, Health and Long Term Care, First Nation and Private Sector Industries. Types of service include:
- Certification training to Municipal and First Nation operators in Ontario to acquire MOE operating licenses;
- Development and delivery of MOE accredited training programs to Municipal and First Nation operators in Ontario for skills development and for meeting annual regulatory training requirements;
- Development and delivery of customized training programs for various private sector clients who operate and maintain water and wastewater systems. Private sector clients include mining, nuclear power and petro-chemical industries;
- ORO (Overall Responsible Operator) services and technical support to Municipal Water Supply Systems and contracted Service Providers to meet regulatory requirements;
- Performance audits and condition assessments of water supply systems; and,
- Provision of leadership and training to Caribbean Water and Wastewater Operators to acquire certification.
