The COLE name has a long standing reputation for integrity, professionalism and excellence in engineering infrastructure. Commencing in 1968 as Cole, Sherman and Associates, the company completed hundreds of projects in the municipal engineering and transportation fields. Scott Cole, P.Eng. succeeded his father as President in 1995 and ran the company until 2003, when he formed Cole Engineering Group Ltd. Cole Engineering continues to grow within its traditional divisions of Land Development, Transportation, Water Resources and Municipal Infrastructure. With unprecedented growth in the Golden Horseshoe, the company has reorganized to create a specific focus on the environment and public sector clients. The Environmental Sciences and Engineering division has been established to enhance our expertise into all facets of the Water and Wastewater engineering industry. All Cole Engineering divisions are led by industry recognized leaders who share the tradition of project team spirit and the philosophy of business that our clients have come to expect. From the client’s perspective there is continuity of a broad range of services with seamless support of staff from one division to another within Cole Engineering Group.

They ensure the appropriate resources are assigned to the project and that our quality assurance system is in place to continually monitor tasks and conduct independent checks throughout the project.
