Land Development:

The Land Development division integrates all of the components of land development engineering with technical expertise and innovation. This integration is key to effective design and management of all projects. We provide advisory, pre-design, design and project management services for land development projects that range in size and type, from small to very complex. We have worked on numerous residential, commercial and industrial developments in both urban and rural settings. This work entails detailed designs for municipal services, roadworks lot grading, and stormwater management facilities.

Transportation:

As our communities continue to grow, so does the need for improved or new transportation systems and facilities. Function is no longer the sole criterion; now particular attention must be paid to route selection, planning and environmental assessment. Cole Engineering's Transportation division addresses these complex issues through comprehensive services from feasibility studies through to construction. Our expertise includes traffic impact studies, site access/circulation analysis, traffic operations, traffic demand management and area transportation studies. We provide operation and physical condition assessments, class environmental assessments, design, contract administration and construction inspection for Municipal Roads and Provincial Highways.
