Cole Engineering's Transportation division addresses these complex issues through comprehensive services from feasibility studies, design through to construction. Our expertise includes traffic impact studies, site access/circulation analysis, traffic operations, traffic demand management and area transportation studies. We provide operation and physical condition assessments, class environmental assessments, design, contract administration and construction inspection for Municipal Roads and Provincial Highways.
